I was wondering what's the best supplement to enhance Nerve growth factor, something over the counter, as you all know sometimes over the counter supps
don't work as expected so I would like give it a try, if this doesn't work which steroid would you recommend for the same purposes, thank you

During the many years that I have been interested in supplements and pharmacology, I have not heard so far about such supplements, which leads me to think that there are no such supplements available, and even less so OTC. But that is just my opinion.

it is crucial you do exercises to improve your nerve functions especially as you age

it is no different than doing mobility and stretching exercises for the shoulders and legs. this will dramatically cut down on injuries long term.

seek a good physical therapist and go on youtube and look at exercises they have

I honestly don't know of anything for nerves. That would be a great product especially for guys with nerve pain in the back.
