kind of crazy goals there but i would start with hcgenerate, n2kts, and a 10 pound bag of whey from protein factory. plus a few pounds of casein and dextrose. read RADARS thread, "so you want to build muscle and lose fat? read this". pretty much if youre asking this question, you probably have alot to learn if youre gonna gain 10-15 pounds in 3 months. read up on this forum and ask some more questions , theres alot of great info and experienced ppl here.
