Best Stack For Pitcher (Baseball)

Alright so ive written a couple posts and done alot of research and ive gotten tons of good advice. I need to start a cycle in about a month. This is my first cycle and i dont want to overdue it but i do need to find out which stack is right for my goals. I am currently a college pitcher and i am mostly looking for something that will increase my velocity as well as help me bulk up. I need something with a minimal detection time. Below are my proposed cycles, i need some advice on which one is the best and also what amounts to take in each.
-Sust, Deca,
-Sust, Deca Dbol
-Some sort of test and winny.

Thanks alot for any advice. If someone knows a better stack for my purposes please let me know.
 
1st cycle
test e 250 x 2 wks 1-10
I wouldn't do deca 1st time out, the test will blow you up pretty well,what are your stats?
 
I wouldn't do deca if you're worried about detection time. It's 18 months, by far the longest. You can cut some of that time with NPP, but that's still 11-12 months. This compares to 3 months for Test, less for the orals- 5-6 weeks.
Agreed that test by itself is a good first cycle, though supplementing it with orals can be rewarding, esp. if you're basically fit to begin with.
 
I am sure that you do not want to hear what I have to say, but If you want to work on pitching speed, then use a High pulley and face away from it, add weight that you can handle with good form and go through a pitching motion with stepping forward first to provide a good stretch. Slowly increase the weight as your strength increases, but never go too heavy. Do NOT overwork your arm, shoulder and chest with this excersize and always throw some cool-down pitches afterwards. Do these EOD, and Keep pitching in between.

Repitition and practice will do more for your pitching speed than an AAS cycle.

Did a quick search and found this study that extends the 'heavy object' idea even further.

Generating a fast pitch is considered to be acheived by transfering power initiated in the legs and rapidly transfered outward through the core. In a nutshell there was general agreement that lots of leg work (AKA various types of squats and core conditioning as well as rotator work are the most important general strength training requirements. Overhead Olympic presses, generally noted for developing explosive power,though favored by Louis Simmons, were seen as too restrictive of the shoulder muscle and most likely counter-productive.

winny for a pitcher ? ur joins are vital to u. winny is a no no. deca stays to long in ur system. stick with test and some a-dex
 
For you, I would say test prop at 100mg eod week 1-10, and var at 50mg ed 4-10. The test will work for bulking and adding strength with a low detection time, and the var will give you a disproportionate gain in strength, run a proper pct and i think you'll be very happy. I don't suggest winny because there is a higher risk of unjury, i don't suggest deca because of the long detection time, and Ithink var would be better for your goals than dbol. my .02
 
Deca is a big NO-NO and winny isnt good either , being its affect on joints.

Like he said... winny is the worst thing in the world for a pitcher. If your gonna do something stick to var.
