Best Routine for mass?

Not really interested in Strength gains.(Although I do know they somewhat go hand in hand).

Can someone map me out a good MASS routine that includes:

Rep Scheme.

Exercises.

How fast you do the rep. 3-1-3. 3 secs down, 1 sec pause. 3 secs up. ETC.

Starting to get back into shape and would like a solid MASS building routine.

they go more hand in hand than you think. if you wanna look massive, obviously your gonna have to bve strong too. id recommend hypertrophy specific training, hypertrophy specific meaning size specific. if you want overall gains though, go wsb.
 
HS Lifter,
I use a routine called the BFS (Bigger Faster Stronger) routine. It has worked very well for me thus far, and has some credibility nationwide with sports teams. Truth is, any type of lifting with progressive overload will grant you size and strength, so long as you eat right. If anyone wants me to make the specifics of the routine in a post, I can and we can add it to the training methods sticky.

You guys tell me.
 
Another thing, I would like the routine to not be overly complex.

Just want a solid, somewhat simple, mass building routine.

I would recommend something like hypertrophy specific training. Here is a link with all kinds of articles, workouts, etc. Detailed workouts and even dietary advice.

Wow I'm sorry but wow. AA gave you gold and you didn't even give it a chance. You want a simple mass building routine go with the Old school one on that link.
