becasue of a tight shcedule i am only able to work out 4 days a week out of 7. does anyone else do it like this? what kind of results are you getting? which days and what kind of split do you use?
also the place i go to is like just a community centre gym and i have tried to go in the mornings because it is empty but i am so busy that i have been losing a lot of sleep when i could be sleeping in (school, 2 jobs) so i want to go at night but the problem is at night there are like so many people there, moslty teens and young dudes with all their friends and talkin of their cell phones and basically loitering and just being in the way...i just cant work out in that. now what about a real gym gym.....does that go on in real gyms cause like i said i hate it but gettin up early is so hard with my shcedule. thanks.......
