I agree with ZK because I used to have them many years ago and they don`t last as long as the regular batteries. You gotta constantly recharge them. It`s not like your phone where you just plug it in.
But they could have changed a lot over the years.
I get mine from Costco, They even have the "for electronics" batterries that last longer.

I've had good luck with Sanyo and Panasonic. The GPs and Energizers disappointed me.

The best of the current crop of NiMH rechargeables will outperform alkaline batteries. Unless they are used in a device where they sit for months at a time. They do not hold a good charge for more than a couple months.gonelifting said:
