Best Protein Powder?

Hi,

I would like to get your personal opinion on the best protein powder, and why you think that it is the best. Include specifics such as protein/carbs/fat ratios, taste, results from experience, and brand names!

P.S.- I just became a registered member of this board today, and I am glad to see the juiceheads of the world unite! I am also shocked at the exposure that this site places on all of us. They have our ip addresses, our emails, and all of our public messages. By using their email system that promises to be "encrypted", they also have access to all of our private email.
If this information gets out, everybody goes down.

How long will it take for the gov't to get their hands on this juicy info. (no pun intended), if they don't have it or perhaps even control it already!?

Welcome to the board.....I like Myoplex, choc flavor....

I wouldn't worry to much about the federales...they've got to few people and to little dollars to worry about us using steroids to get bigger.....as long as we don't start killing and robbing people to support our habit we'll be just fine....

Has anyone here even tried Muscle Milk? I've tried NLarge, liked it, Designer was okay, Myoplex is okay, optimum pretty good, the list goes on.

Oh yeah! Muscle milk(orange creme and soon going to try chocolate and/or root beer float). Has 18g of fat but 80% of that are MCT's. A close second for me would be Isopure chocolate. That stuff is good plus you get 50g of quality whey with 2 scoops! All in my opinion of course!

Myoplex for a mrp. But for straight protien I use supplement directs protien.
