Best place to get a credit card

There is a website that gives tips on how to establish credit, pay back student loans etc. Anyone know what it is, or something like that? My brother graduates from college soon.

The best place to get a credit card is from your own website. Set up a fake "website" where you sell "supplements." Accept as many credit card orders as you can from people. Use their credit card information to order the stuff you want to a PO Box. Retreive the shit, don't pay the bill on the box, and never go back to the box after people start complaining. Then start the cycle over again.
