Hell fucking yeah! that was my boy way back when....he was so massive and still looked defined. Then i got on the dorian yates bandwagon. some of the younger guys may not even know who he is though.....but i remeber he was the first BB that ever made me go.........DAMN!!

Sadly, Brutal Bertil has had some troubles with his family and the law. He is either dead or locked up these days. Him and Sergio Oliva must have been on the same sauce, they both got in similar kinds of trouble and both were insanely massive...

yeah, i think he killed his wife.......and he got the death sentence. but he is appealing it and not sure how that went. check FLEX every month.....they keep up on it.

Yeah he killed his wife and mother in law. Pretty brutal too from what I remember.

I met Bertil Fox way back when I went to my 1st bodybuilding competition, I think it was 1987. It was the night of the Champions in N.Y.C.

I snuck backstage and personally met Bertil, Robby Robinson, Tony Pearson, and the winner of the comp. Gary Strydom.

Bertil was MASSIVE. I was only 17 at the time and could not believe the size of his arms, MAN!! he was thick. Also a super nice guy.

Too bad for his recent problems, I wish him well.

i dont understand why he never won a mr 0 he was like the black version of arnold , i think he was beter then haney , i heard he was joe weiders pet until he pissed joe off somehow and thats why bertil never placed higher then 5th in the olympia , i nall ifbb contests he sucked but in the mr universe and nabba he kicke dass
