best peptide for sleep help ghrp?

Looking to get better sleep. Right now I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep.
Do you think taking a ghrp like ghrp-2 would work well at 500mcg EOD? Or should I take something else maybe some HGH more like 1-2iu’s a day?
My recovery is crucial. As I Really Work Hard 70 or 80 minute workouts per day.
 
GHRP can be done at 250 mcg a day. You can take it in the morning or you can take it in the evening. It's really up to you.
 
Honestly, I would just go with some growth hormone. You'll get great results on it and you don't even have to run it at a high dose.
 
250 mcg is the average dose. you should also use ghrp-6. It has less side effects.
