Best PCT for this cycle.

this is my cycle :

week 1-10 - 400-500 mg test prop / week
week 1-10 - 100 mg winny EOD
week 1-10 - 400 mg EQ ( except for week 1 and 2 , it will be 800 mg frontloading )
week 1-10 - 4 IU HGH / day ( 5 days on and 2 days off )
week 1-10 - aromasin 1/2 comp ( 12.5 mg ) EOD


What would be the best , ideal PCT for this cycle ? Clomid , nolva and HCG ? HCG and nolva only ? Clomid and HCG only ?

Can someone help me design a PCT plan ?

hcg and clomid are always good ideas...I prefer running hcg{swales method} 3 times per week @250 iu's per day...Monday,wed,Fri...If your ending with propinate I would start clomid 3 days after last injection, and I would do it like this

day -1- 300mgs
day -2-11-100mgs
days -12-21-50 mgs

I would run the HCG from beginning to end of cycle....You could also throw in nolva just in case @20mgs per day, just to make sure it does not give you any gyno...

Throw Clomid away. HCG is nice, but useless beginning to end. End off 500 IU/day for 9 or 10 days...But what works for me; may not work for others.

uhhh, clomid has been shown and is proven my many members of this board,myself included to work great.....HCG from beginning to end is the BEST way to do it...It keeps from any testicular atrophy from occurring at all, which in return yields a quicker recovery time...Plain and simple

Am I the only person here that thinks 10 weeks of 100mg of Winny EOD is excessive? That seems a bit harsh on your liver, not to mention wouldn't it be better to run the Winny for at least 2 weeks after your last shot of Test Prop, say weeks 3-12? Just my .02.

I will not use HCG from beggining to end of my cycle ...I will only use HCG AFTER my cycle on PCT ...So , it is clomid and HCG . About the nolva ? 20 mg ED for how much time ?

About the winny , my liver can take it , and the best thing would be to run the winny and test prop 2 weeks past the EQ , but I will do it this way and begin PCT right after I finish week 10 ....I know the EQ will still be on my system tapering itself down ...but this shouldn't get in the way of my recovery ...

victor mate, i have said this a hundred times on this board but go to steroid.ology and read swale's post on the anabolic board.

if it means anything to you, im a pharmacist, and hcg throughout is the way to do it. using it post cycle only actually makes recovery take longer, because hcg mimics LH, and this interferes with regulation of normal LH levels (critically important....testosterone production fairly much depends on LH)

NO!!!... if you do it after PCT you will delay your recovery. PLAIN and SIMPLE...HCG elavates androgen levels,,,This why you want to do it while your "on".

But , the idea of injecting another compound during my whole cycle pisses me off ....Do I really need to use HCG during my WHOLE cycle ? I mean , it is 10 weeks .....

Can 't I just use in the middle of the cycle like weeks 4 , 5 and 6 ??

Good info. I would aslo like to know if your running EQ, winny, and clenn for 6 weeks before starting any test would you wait for the test to start up the hcg? Or start it from the get go with the EQ.

mate, theyre your balls

if you wanted to, you could feel your balls every day during cycle and then jab when you feel shrinkage, but really, prevention is better than cure

I understand that prevention is better than cure ,

but , is that good enough ?

PCT will be NOLVA and CLOMID , no HCG after cycle , only during the cycle .

Already got the dosage on HCG and clomid , what about the nolva dosage ?

you can do hcg 2 times a week sat sunday aproach , 250 ui's for a total of 500 ui´s a week, swale's aproach also, i think it can get u where u want. As for nolva I´ld run it 10 mg ed until PCT .
