best online radio?

I like a lot of the aol channels and I also have an XM subscription... It just seems the quality of the streaming music is terrible. Napster's radio stations really suck. What do you all use?

I find the foreign pirate stations the best. They play everything. The US-based ones, pick music based upon what is the cheapest, or who is sponsoring them (payola).

Personally i listen to mp3's.
