that's exactly what it means.. or a little different variation for some.. for me it means to run PCT for like 3 weeks.. then jump on a low dose of test.. 100mg a week or so.. 200mg is too much like a low dose cycle.. you want to keep it close to your bodies natural production.. until you start another cycle.. i'm considering do this right now as well.. running 100mg test/week for a few weeks then running dbol/var.. any thoughts?
why the hell would you use PCT? there is absolutely no point in it when you are going back on in three weeks. do you think 3 weeks is enought to recover??????? dont kid yourself
Primo or Anavar are prolly the best for a bridge. I've used Dbol as a bridge.....right after PCT I started dbol at 10mg/day first thing in the am. I'm not saying it's the best thing for your health, but it worked for me....kept making gains!

Using PCT definitely helps keeping you from being shut down completely. After my last shot cleared I ran clomid like I was done using gear except i kept using the 20mg of var everyday. The testes are returning to normal as we speak. Now I am going 6 weeks between shots with 4 weeks of PCT and var.

sorry but 3 weeks of clomid is JUST THE BEGINING of recovery. just because your balls are gaining size does NOT mean you are even close to recovering. my balls never ever shring, even when i am on 3+ grams of gear, like at the present moment. i can post pics of them so you can see
Bridging doesn't work. All you are doing is cruising with lower doses, but you are still suppressed. If you don't want to come off, then don't, but don't fall for the "Bridging" fallacy.
