?? best methods for battling acne during cycle???

you definitely want to make sure you get a good cleaning every day, but don't shower frequently every day and limit washing your face to morning and night.... washing TOO often will only exacerbate the acne problem....

I use face stuff called Exposed... you order it online... it has a facial cleanser, toner, and day/night treatment (has benzoyl peroxide as well as salyclyic acid)... for the body, I use neutrogena body wash...

drink lots of water.... also been taking AF's sesapure, not sure how much that's been helping.... but my acne seems to be almost non-existent on this regimen

yeah, im callin you on that macro, aromatase inhibitors probably aggravate acne as estrogen keeps acne away. Estroen has been used as therapy for acne before the days of accutane.

doxycycline 100 mg BID or minocyciline same dose, once that quits working- erythromycin- 400 mg tid-qid
oxy 10 cream
bactroban if u can get it
retin-a helps sometimes
cleocin-t (topical) is good shit also and probably generic by now

accutane probably great , never tried it
washing your face repeatedly wont really help, its like saying if u shut down aas production in mexico that will stop steroids from being sold in the US. You cant wash all the oil and bacteria off and may stimulate and aggravate your pores even more.

true low dose estrogens, usually in females. low dose birth control has been shown to reduce acne (because it does not have the wild hormonal fluctuations and generally lower serum estrogen levels).

there is actually a lot of dispute about the role that oestrogen plays, though certainly too much oestrogen is not good for skin.

use of an aromatase inhibitor can decrease acne from aromatic steroids, though agree that it is possible that they can also aggravate acne (depending on the person, drugs in system, etc)

I don't break out when I'm on cycle. I break out when I'm off. I believe estrogen plays a big part in that since it's always during PCT and I use nolvadex and clomid. I also notice that my skin clears up when dieting. If I raise my carb intake I break out. Must have something to do with insulin.

I a definity agree with the carb thing. When i am on low carb my skin is magical

Signs of Overdose:
Very high doses may cause:
Nausea
Flatulence

Altered immunity
Impaired sex functions
Increased risk of blood clots
Altered metabolism of thyroid, pituitary and adrenal hormones

Side Effects:
Abdominal pain : Discontinue. Consult doctor immediately.
