Best for mass building? FOOD!! About 5250 Call @ 430g protein a day and growth is an understatement. At least for me I have found that food makes the difference sorry it's not on the list- Test/Tren/Drol. I just got off that, helped alot.
Lmao 430g of protein at 5250 is about 80% of your daily calories. A little overboard. Especially on a bulk, there would hardly be any room for carbs and fats.

Any body know a good place to get test en? Irish and want to do my first cycle. Did an epi cycle a year ago and saw good gains but think test would be better
