Best kick stat? Front load or Dbol

from the guys who have experience from doing both, which seemed more beneficial? Im about to do a 500mg/week of test E, and im curious either to frontload or use dbol for 30mg a day for 4 weeks. All advice would be greatly appreciated.

This has been argued extensively. I agree with my board bro suspension, although his method of delivery of dbols is a little bizarre (anal rectal absorption). Id use the dbols at 25+ mg ED AND frontload. Oh .. and take them orally ... every 4 hrs.

most of my test dosages never exceeded 500mg a week, so what would be a good frontload dosage and how long? Im going to definately use dbol at 30mg a day for four days.

IMO i would go with the d-bol to get things going, it always wakes my body up from a "clean" period!

if i cycle with 500mg/week i front load with a gram for the first two weeks but i also used d-bol at the same time so its hard to tell which one worked best. i have used d-bol with out front loading and it was to a very pleasing result.
