Is "NHF Ultra Whey More" any good for the Keto Diet?

Dear iced earth,

I will tell you one secret that the supplement companies have been keeping under their belt for years :
THE BRAND DOES NOT MATTER (the colorful label will not make the whey protein inside any-more efficient then the plain grey label), it's the protein that does count...look for the protein with the least carbohydrates, usually 1-2 or less carbs per serving.

I have been using Isopure ... zero carbs and 25g pro per scoop .. strawberry pretty good too
