i agree with the testicle injection i have noticed the most gains wth this method j/k I like quad injection best skin is tighter in that area for me rather then my fat ass

Delts are my fav but I don't mind the glutes. Quads suck IMO....just feels weird and it seems like the pain is worse.

I prefer to shoot alternating thighs,(most comfortable position for me) most of the time it's fairly painless but once in a while I get one that kicks my ass and I'm limping slightly for a couple days.
