Best HPTA recovery cycle?

Clomid:
Day 1 -300mg's
Day 2-12 - 100mg's
Day 3-21 - 50mg's

Nolva:
Day 1-21 30mg's

Avena Sativa: Day 1-21 300mg's

Zinc: Day 1-21 - 50mg (taken before bed on empty stomach)

Tribulus: Day 1-21 - 1000mg

Milk Thistle (doesn't help HPTA, just good to do, esp if you have orals in your cycle): Day 1-21 1000 mg



Thats what my most recent post cycle recovery looked like. HPTA recovered very very quick.

I'm not saying it is THE BEST, but it's quite good IMO. Some people may not like the clomid, but I don't get too moody from it, or break out, so I don't mind it. If you don't like it, bump of the Nolva dose to about 50mg's.

I usually do all of the above but I add 1gm of Arimidex eod
 
what the other guys said but i would also throw in some clen and creatine....defintiely helps to keep you anti-catabolic. Also maybe throw in some maca...i used it my last cycle and i think it helped...could have just been mental but i recovered a little quicker.
 
Oh yeah, add the clen also. But remember your body is only capable of maintaining a certain level of muscle mass no matter what you do.
