If you're at a plateau, you MUST change everything you do in the gym. Your muscles are not being sufficiently stimulated. If you do the same shit like most people - bench, incline, decline, flys, a few dips... over and over in the same order... you get to a point in which you incur no additional growth. Go visit t-mag.com, and research some work-out plan articles. For example, on chest day - go in and work fore arms first, then dips, then decline dumb bell flys... mix it up - do bench last on chest day. You have to suprise your muscles. Also load on additional weight to the point of absolute failure. Eat meat, lots of it, without meat you will simply not make gains.
