Hi Guys, this is my first post so be nice!! I have been reading other posts on fat burners and weight loss products since I am trying to drop some excess fat and was wondering which fat burner or weight loss product is the most effective.
Currently I do about 30-40 minutes of cardio 4-5 days per week along with a weight workout 4-5 times per week. I feel my diet is ok since I try not to eat any "bad" carbs and eat plenty of protein along with lots of water. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
