Best diet out there for losing FAT!

alright I know theres alot of diets out there (Crums,Keto, T-Dawg, etc..)...which is the absolute best for losing fat quickly but keeping muscle??...i am 16 so it has to be reasonable possible for me to follow...

also..what do u guys think about T-Dawg Diet..its right here

I think Crum's diet is pretty good.

Actually, I use a diet similar to or the same as the modified Crum diet. I eat 50% protein, 30% carb, 20% fat. I try to eat omega-3's and monounsaturated fat, low GI carbs (except post-wo I have oats), and slow-digesting protein (casein causes less gluconeogenesis than most other proteins because of it's slow digestion). This is what works for me. Different strokes for different strokes.
 
The T-Dawg diet looks fine. Crum's looks fine too. I personally prefer a 40/30/30 split for cutting and 50/25/25 for bulking. I guess that's the point I want to make is it's a very personal choice... there is no one best diet for everyone. Trust me you WILL end up personalizing any diet to your particular needs and preferences.
 
i know u might not be looking for this answer. BUT screw dieting at 16 man. cmon dude you cant even get in clubs and shit to show off your ripped buff bod or whatever dont diet BULK!!! bulk for a good two years till your 18 (when your somewhat legal). this is your PRIME TIME to grow
