Ok...

can someone give me his detail diet to lose fat ???
with quantity and all...

I'm 5'9'', 185 pounds, about 15% BF, I work out 4 times a week, three days off, sleep well but I WANT TO LOSE BF :)

I know what is better to eat, but i want a pattern, something to follow...

please give me your diet !!

(I take Optimum 100% protein and Phosphagen creatine)

their are many good diets out there,but many of the diets leave you flat, but just check out some of this diets,do a search and see what you like that meet your goals....

ok i take a look of that..

but the think that i want, i want that someone tell me :

ok first meal, i take that, that and that.
2 meal, that that and that... till the sixth meal...

Like I said, I know what it'S better to eat, but i don't know how eat them, with what, how much P/C/F ...

so give me a menu, or a link please :bawling:
 
THis is my current diet:


7:30 AM
1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 cantaloupe

10:00 AM
MRP w/ flax

12:00 AM
10 oz. of Chicken or turkey
2-4 cups of salad w/ light dressing

3:00 PM
6 oz. of Tuna or Chicken
1 packet instant plain oatmeal

6:30 PM (post workout)
Whey Shake (44 grams) w/ 75g dextrose

7:30 PM
10 oz Lean beef or Chicken
Salad or some other vegetable
1 cup LF cottage cheese.

Buy BodyOpus. It will give you the fundamentals of the 60/25/15 diet, the cyclical ketogenic diet, the isocaloric diet...

He tells you what TYPEs of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates to eat, and in what quantity. All you need is to look at http://www.foodcount.com to count nutients and read some book (like BodyOpus) that tells you how exactly to do it in detail.

Otherwise, I definitely suggest DOOfy's diet. Don't forget his patented CWE stack.
 
If you want someone to tell you what to do, well... I think the Isocaloric diet is the easiest to follow and not fuck-up on.

And take the CWE stack three times per day.
