Best daily Multi Vitamin for a man?

I had been taking Natural Man for a long time, but now they have stopped making it. Fuckers I really liked that one. So what do you all take? What daily multi would you recommend for a man? Thanks in advance.

i took animal packs....by universal i believe, worked pretty good.
