best cycle with no water

hey everyone
stats 5"10 150pounds 30 yrs
i ve done 1 cylce b4 test 600mg once a week and tri-trend400 once a week ran the cycle for 10 weeks no pct
i had some gains bout 20 pounds lost all weight but dont look so skinny anymore body took some better shape i've been reading as much as poss but cant find anyone in my size to compare with i have acess to primo,test 400,trend,eq,masteron,test cyp and test ent
i was leaning towards eq 500 mg a week with some sort of test but not sure i will be training alot harder this time around and want to use eq for appitight i do know i need to 3500-4500 cal's a day and i ended up with a fare bit of back zits is this because of lack of pct

after all i've on this site and many other my resect for your knowlage is huge plz help me gain good clean weight

diet-lots protien no fat 730am breakfast 3 egg white protien shake 930am protien bar 1100am two cans of tuna 130pm protien shake dinner fish,chickin or stake with rice

first off i suggest you head to the diet section and do some reading.

you need to fix your diet before thinking bout another cycle.

here are my basic recommendations.

pro: 2g per pound everyday
cho: same as above
fat: healthy sources, no min or max

start there. gear is not the answer. get a solid meal plan first. youll thank me later, or use gear and lose your gains again. your choice.

Use and AI and control diet and holding water shouldnt be a problem.

Running gear on your current diet would be like putting jet fuel in your push lawnmower.

Get your diet together, bust your ass in the gym for a year, then come back and ask about a cycle.
 
I agree that you are not eating anywhere near what you should,unless you greatly increase your food intake using gear is like pissing away a few hundred bucks. As for cycles that are dry i always liked Prop/Tren Ace/Winny,dosage depending on how the individual responds to tren and how many cycles they have done before.
