Best Cycle for Gaining LEAN Mass

I am 24, 6'2", 205lbs, Body Fat % 19 or 20(measure with a scale) I'm on a bulking stage right now and have used Test. Ent. before and it was bogus, but I am looking to gain mass up to 220lbs if it will help me, and at the same time I was wondering if there is a good Cycle to use if you want to keep a lean look.......I'm tall so 20% body fat doesn't look too bad...but I'd like to drop down . Can you cycle Test or Dbol with Clen or something like that?? Just let me know I'm sort of a newbie to the game of cycles except for the one time I ran a strictly Test. cycle about a year ago. Thanks to all who respond! By the way, my diet is chicken, egg whites, wheat bread sometimes in the morning, chicken mostly b/t main 3 meals of the day......and usually a home cooked meal consisting of roast, or chicken yet again, or spaghetti.....stuff like that. ALso would it help to do a little cardio while cycling? I know this questions are sorta vague and I"m sure there are TONS of answers but for a fast metabolism type guy(hardgainer) like myself what would be the best suggestion.......(train 5 times a week, Mon-Chest Tues-Tris/Bis Wed-Back etc etc........Doing heavy training as of now.
 
all steroids will give you lean muscle, your diet is the determining factor on whether you stay lean or not during the cycle. However, there are certain things will do more for hardening you up, ie tren, winny, var.
I'd start by focusing on your diet and eating habits. Eating 3 x's a day isn't the optimal way to go. Divide your food intake between at least 5 meals per day. Use protein bars/shakes, meal replacement shakes etc to fit in all five meals.
 
if u wanna harden up and get lean i would say EQ w/ anavar and finish up w/ some winny and u'll b a riped hard mofo, if u diet right and train correctly.
 
I agree with about everything posted. If I was going to use AAS to get the results that you are looking for...I would stick with simple and cheep...Test. You will gain lean muscle and lose fat if your diet and training is top notch!
 
Thanks all for responding, that gave me a lot of help and that's what I'll do a little more research on before starting. Yeah being a big hard lean ripped mofo wouldn't be too bad haha.....considering right now I'm just a pretty big mofo lol or atleast that's what people say(I don't see it) but of course most people who workout are never truly "satisfied" So basically a good Test cycle without anything else and a good diet with hard lifting and cardio will do well enough? Or is it ok to stack Test and Winny or another "cutter" while cycling. Also, what kinds of Test are there?? I used Ent(not sure about spelling) but even though it was bogus I still have heard of it before. Again, thank you for responding, it was a big help.
 
For a first cycle...just use test alone. Get some reliable Test Enantate which will usually be around 250 mg/ml. Just inject 1cc every 4th day for 10 weeks(this equates to 425mg's per week). Work hard, eat right, get plenty of rest and you will love the results. Since you are looking to diet down or "cut" then keep your calories just below maintanence levels and you will be good to go. By the way, unless you have a really horny wife of GF, be prepared to get real aquainted with you hand! LOL
