Best "Cutting" Cycle

Excellent, excellent advice from Steve. I know sometimes people are hesitant to ask questions because of the negative responses, instead of constructive criticism. And those posts above are incredible examples of knowledgeable, concise answers to a very legit question.

I have come to rely heavily on this forum not only for the expert advice but also for the friendly envirinment!

thanks.

you are correct, on EF we do not allow what those other sites allow. no flaming here, no making fun of a poster, none of that.

it starts at the top, needto and the admins get the credit for protecting members from scammers, trolls, and even worse. other sites can't boast that!

what are your full stats?

you need to go into cycle with a body fat under 15% to leave you room to put on mass without worrying about body fat.

DIET DIET DIET and then cardio. get your body fat DOWN. then worry about putting on mass cleanly. THATS the correct way to do it if you want to bodybuild. now if you want to look like a marshmallow and just train for strength (which i see a lot at the gym from especially the 50's crowd) then keep doing what you are doing. but if you want to look good and be ripped like you are describing then you need to change your strategy

^^^^^. The truth at least 15% not what we wanna hear but its so true.

Test, primo and Anavar. This combo completely transformed my body composition. I was big but kinds bloated looking at 5'10" @ 240lbs. I finished at 225lbs with the kind of tone and definition I had always wanted. Veiny incredible vascularity nice seperation between muscles. Wish I could afford to run it more often.

Just read the rest of the thread. Sounds like you've gotten good advice. I was 240 and under 20% fat before I used that cut cycle. I was probably close to 15%.

I'd diet down a bit naturally. Get diet and workout dialed in and then bulk up before worrying about cutting.
