I tapered up the dosages over the first 4 weeks and started the tren on week 4. everything else was contstant since the.
Diet is around 250g carbs, 500g protein with 1 full cheat day per week. 2 hours cardio per day.
I have one more show in a couple of weeks and then i will bulk with these dosages, cant wait to see how much growth happens when i stop cardio and EAT.
