Im finally getting some money from my summer job so now is the time for some quality creatine and whey protein. However, i've been out of the limelight for a while and i don't know anything about all the new supplements. I do know last time I tried creatine it gave me the shits, and it was made by optimum nutrition. What is the best whey protein and creatine? Details are appreciated.
