best combination of carb, protein and creatine supplements?

Hi.
Which do you think is the best combination of carb, protein and creatine supplements? I'm not sure what combination to try out next. i'm thinking of cell tech, phosphaGEN, phosphaGAIN, isopure, weight gainer 1850. can you make a good combination out of these (for example: cell tech (creatine), isopure (protein), weight gainer 1850 (carbs))? if not, are there any other products/combinations you can suggest?

This is what I would do:

1. Creatine is Creatine is Creatine whichever way you get. So get some Creatine Monohydrate and some L-Glutamine.

2. Skip the WeightGainer 1850 (I am assuming you are talking about GNC product) because it has too many carbs that you probably do not want. Get Champions WeightGainer 9000 if you can get that, if not get the NLarge at your GNC.

3. Isopure is a great protein. But it all depends on what your needs are which dictates the type of protein product that you will get. ISS Research makes a Protein mix called M3 which is great for post workout and before bedtime because it has Casein, Egg and Whey in it. Then Champion Nutrition has a fairly new Whey Protein out that has all the essential minerals that you will need for a great pre-workout shake.

4. But like Delinquent said in the Anabolic Section... you should try to get most of your nutrients from food from the grocery store and not rely on your supplements solely for the nutrients that you need.

What are your goals?

my goals are just gaining weight. it may be fat as well, i just wanna gain. so i don't care about getting too many carbs. i already gained about 25 lbs, and i wanna gain another 40-50lbs. then i'll be satisfied. atm i weigh about 150lbs.
