Best Cardio Gear????

I'm about to start training for football which has alot of running long distance and sprint workouts. My question is simple, is there anything or things out there that help with cardio endurance, to be a little more specific sprinting?
 
a treadmill. lol winnie is hard on the joints but oly sprinters used it all the time and a few got busted
 
Well alot of oly sprinters seemed to use it. I amnot totally sure. bumping for some peeps in the early am.
 
thats seems really weird that Olympic sprinters would use it. I used during weight training and it made all my joints achy especially my wrists and elbows. Maybe they used it more before an upcoming meet to loose weight which would make them run faster.
 
I didnt even think about EQ
 
not sure what grade ball he plays but:
detection time for var - 3-4 weeks.
detection time for eq - 3-5 months.. i think..

just to through a couple things in. I have never used aas, but i got boys the sause !
my boys a pitcher and had the tommy johns surg, then did some winny, and now pitches pro* (not to add fuel to any roid+baseball fire) and he's fine, going off to training camp here in a couple months.
my other bro, (workout buddy) wanted to get shredded up hardcore, so he started swimming like a fish... then he added some winny in his regiment and he can out swim ANYONE at my gym, and hes shredded!

edit: take the var or eq advice over mine, seems like they know whats up more than me.
 
What about low doses of test? Does it speed up your distance endurance or does the water slow ya down???
 
Winnie by a mile, but take joint supps or a shot of Deca. Winnie really sucks you dry.
Var would be less effective, but still very good and no soreness. Ben Johnson was a winnie boy, not by chance.
 
Shit just take some test p, var, winny and eq all in one cycle.

1-17 Test p 100mgs ew
1-6 winny 50mgs ed
1-16 EQ 600mgs
9-17 Anavar 60mgs ed

Now that's what I'm talkin about!
 
ive talked to a bunch of my football buddies, and appearantly winstrol stacked with EQ is a solid stack for ballers. Winstrol increases strength gains for fast twitch muscles substantially and EQ raises RBC count. Therefore, you can ran much faster for long distances. Be aware that EQ lasts around 5 months so be aware for drug tests...or be sure to let your coach know, coaches will protect you in most cases :)

I will be running this cycle shortly for the off-season...
1-2 EQ 800mg/wk
3-8 EQ 600mg/wk
1-8 Winnie 50mg/day

Im sure ill have a couple nay-sayers for this cycle...

Not everyone gets the joint pain that goes with winny and as has been mentioned some great athletes used it as a staple and for good reason. Eq and a winny stack would be ideal for a ballplayer IMO as winny is also good at increasing RBC. This is also taking into account that detection is not an issue. If it is then through these thoughts out the window.

best thing for cardio--high intensity 2x week.

equipoise triggers the kidneys to produce e/p/o, but straight e/p/o has a shorter detection time, but let yourself get dehydrated and your blood will turn to glue.

I'm planning on doing a cutting cycle with a good amount of cardio I hear that it's hard to do cardio on trenbolone, are you saying I should leave the trenbolone out?

yes!! hard to do cardio, hard to sleep, severe sweating, and it is very suppressive (hpta quick - would run hcg during with tren)

plus you have to deal with the progesterone since it doesn't aromatize.
 
test does not help endurance at all and tren makes it worse. you can forget about those 2.

everyone seems to think eq, so I'd go with that.
 
would mixing test-p and tren-e be bad since one is a short ester and the other a long ester? I want to see results quick with the test p but I hear the tren side effects are less with the ethanete form

Your sides are going to be the same on both tren e and tren a.

Ii would personally use tren a to start because it will get out of your system quicker than tren e. You will be able to see how you reach on tren better this way.
