Best bridging dose

There has been a lot of argument about this in regards to Anavar...
Some say that 40 mg/day will supress HPTA and others say it wont...
What do you think the best briding dose with anavar is... considering you dont want your HPTA effected..
I was thinking 20mg/day....

I am going to use 25mg/day and 100mg. primo ev 5 days.

20mg/day taken all in the morn is a good bridging dose with Anavar

If I take 20mg/day for 10 weeks after my cycle, will I notice a significant increase in strength? Or is 20 mg not enough to change this?
Also... will 20mg harden me up.
