I was wondering if you guys could give me your inputs about AS books. Which one would you recommend? Anbolics 2005, Building The Perfect Beast, or The Layman's Guide To Anabolic Steroids (by Mick Hart). Back In HS I got a copy of the "1996 World Anabolic Review" which I think is really good but way outdated now. I also have "Legal Muscle" which I think its' a good legal advice for users. Any comments? :worried:

I personally have Anabolics 2005, which is simply AWESOME. I don't know about the other books, but Anabolics 2005 is a sure bet, and worth every cent. :)

I heard Anabolics 2005 was pretty good! I also have Arthur L Rea's First & second books. I learned a lot from both of them. Good details and a very good interesting read. First book also covers creatine and other supps. Check it out!

I second that, can't go wrong gaining information from another perspective.

Thanks for the feedbacks. Anymore comments? :chomp:

unless you know absolutely fuck all, dont bother with the laymans guides you'll have heard it all before on here and im not that convinced....
chemical muscle enhancement is a good read , building the perfect beast only if you're reeeeealy gonna go for it!!!

You don't have to be a chemist, it's just the terms being layed out. I think I know where you might be comin from. If I could only own one book, that would be it.
