Best body-fat reducers

3 weeks into my very first cycle, test and nolvs. Planning on cutting after, what does everybody suggest for cutting body fat, I'm 24, 5' 10", 195 pounds and currently 9 percent bf, I wanna get down to around 6-7 percent by late august ( competition ), what would you suggest
 
A really good diet. You should explain how you eat now. Carbs, fat, protein... where you get them. What fatburners have you used in the past?
 
I eat very clean, around 2500 cals, one gram protein to body weight, I have used plenty of thermagenics in the past and they work for the most part but not enough, I hear Clen is really good but just wanted to get some ideas
 
the only body fat reducer is an absolutely clean diet and 30-45 mins cardio a day some people like to keep their heart rate down but if losing fat is your main goal and you're not worrying about losing a lil muscle in the process then go all out
 
Il use clen or t3/t4 tab mix coming up to a comp i use a hard keto diet pre comp but thats after a clean bulk so if your around 9% bf keto might not be neccesary to drop a few % bf as you can do this in a short time on a low carb diet instead of keto, just important that your still burnin gmore calories off than you consume with cardio and training and the diet is very strictt. Whats your diet like and what had you planned it to be like for your comp prep ? You may not need to go into ketosis and may help you avoid shedding muscle
 
when i was running 45 miles per week my bf was down to 6% but unfortunately my strength and size was not there, I could only bench 245 pounds as a max. so its not easy at all to lose fat and gain muscle. but it can be done.. i would research whats been suggested above. I ran a very catabolic diet. almost vegan. in fact if you go on my page one of my pics where I am shredded is from that time. did not use anything else. I would imagine running clen or any of those weight loss enhancers would have the same effect at killing your strength, dunno how important that is to you

put up a log, I would be interested in following your progress until your competition. good luck
 
This is what I'm planning for after my cycle, mainly focused in leaning. Please feel free to add your thoughts to this

Meal 1
6a.m.
1 8 ounce glasses of water w/ lemon
1-cup oatmeal
1 whole egg w/ 3egg whites
2 ounces of chicken breast
1 piece of fruit: Ruby red grapefruit, pineapple, and apple


Meal 2
9a.m. Protein Shake

Meal 3
12p.m.
1 8 ounce glasses of water w/ lemon
4-6oz. of lean meat: chicken, turkey, or lean red meat
2 cup of steamed vegetables or 1/&1/2 cup of raw vegetables W/ 2 TBS low cal dressing
1/2 a sweet potato or 1 cup brown rice

Meal 4
3p.m. Protein Shake w frozen strawberries or a banana

Meal 5
6p.m. 4-6oz. Of lean meat: chicken, turkey, or lean red meat Romaine Lettuce Salad w/ mixed veggies &
½ cup green beans
Or 2 cups steamed or raw vegetables
