Which fat burner should I get to get the most out of my money?? Xenadrine or Ripped Fuel or anything else??

IMO, most of the ECA products are pretty much the same. You'll also find that those two products in particular will cost roughly the same.

See what some of the other guys have to say. There are a lot of different brands out there that I'm not as familiar with. Plus there are quite a few you can order over the web.

can I take anyone of those while I take ephedrine??...I take 2 ephedrine pills before i play hockey 2 times a week.

They will all pack 200 mg's of caffiene.

Ripped fuel and Xenadrene both have 25mg's of ephedra

and I think Xenadrine has Yohimbe.

Adipokinetix has:

200mg's caffiene
25mg's norephedrin
yohimbine HCL

The more I learn about Adipo the more I like it as no#1
