best anabolic steroid book

Hey bro's what is the best book for anabolic steroid information that is available? Is Dan Duchaines bodyopus any good? And does anyone know where I can find it at? I haven't seen it anywhere they stopped producing it. Any info would be great. Thanks

anabolics 2000 is great i also liek the steroid bible by steve gallaway (www.roids.com) its not so great for info on drugs but i like the user experiances i wouldnt pay 20 for it i got it off ebay for 8 bucks

but about the bodyopus. i tried the diet, didnt like it very much. i didnt get great results. i wouldnt buy it just for the steroid info though. get a book totally about that!

The Steroid Bible is total garbage. Duchaines book is out of date.


Anabolics is good as is Roberts Ultimate Reaseach Guide. Bottomline Bodybuilding also has good info for safe practical steroid use.
