Best after workout mix?

I have been looking at articles saying pills are bad because it takes longer for them to absorb in your body and a mixture is the way to go. With that said I was wondering what is the best mixtures you guys have found? I would like something for an after workout deal, perhaps something with proteint, creatine, and other supplements. Specific brands would be great! Thanks a bunch! :)
 
Take lots of protein (30-50g) immediately after a workout and take in lots of carbs too (50-100g) your post workout meal is by far the most important of the day. Try a protein shake and some simple carbs, creatine is also more effective when taken right after a workout taken with some carbs.
