benzoyl peroxide pads

im not too sure about what forum this should be under but i want some responses so im putting it under C&C....ok the dermatologist prescribed me these pads called TRIAZ 9% benzoyl peroxide...the pads arent wet at all....maybe the slightest bit damp...but not enuff to cover even my face without drying up...is it supposed to be like this? am i supposed to wet the pads? should i go back to the pharmacy and be like what the fuck? any input on this would be great...thanks guys

Call the pharm. Be sure to not wipe your face on your clothes. They will bleach your sheets and clothes.
