I haven't had that much of a bad break out a while but i usually get 1 good zit maybe every week and a half, I've been off cycle for like 2 months now, and lately i've been putting that acne.org cream on with 2.5 benzoyl peroxide and since then i've had a few bad break outs since then??

this doesn't make sense... maybe the first few times it brings all the puss and dirt to the surface?? i dono plus i've been going tanning 3 times a week...

also maybe my electrical shaver could be making me break out i dono....

I've been eating a lot but healthy and nothing but water!

Drying your face out w/ a lot of acne medication if your face isn't naturally oily is just as bad and can cause break outs. That used to happen to me.

my outbreaks are like yours. It sounds like you're drying the fuck out of your face though especially with tanning. I've been using this stuff called "acnefree" it's for the severe acne (even though mine has never been severe) its a 4 step system like proactive but i like this one more. Proactive breaks me out no matter what.

it can be quite drying which can cause break outs, also ingrown hairs (since you mention the shaving)

electric shaving? mabey so
try babey powder on face before shaving and press more lightly
more passes if not close enough

prevents ingrown hairs

also get new head for shaver if its old
norelco's get dull over time

wash face apply antibiotic cream (not ointment) water base and will moisturize face
just a little

thanks, i think a good amount of them are ingrown hairs.... my face isn't too dry, I want to try that stuff called lectric shave that pops the hairs up so i don't have to press so hard. Any one ever use lectric shave before?

I just run accutnae 20mg e5d.

Beats the sh!t out of anything else.

I hate oily skin and this medication rules for sorting it out.
