Im 6'5" and have real long (6'7") wingspan, well ive been having trouble benching when im not in my basement usin my home gym equipment. It seems every gym i go to the height that the bar sits at is soo low for me, and its difficult for me to lift rite off the bat, what makes it worse is my arms usually extend well over the top of the posts, so i have no sense of security when i pull it back to a rest, i always have to lower and control/balance and place it there, which is tough when your training heavy, and just about to failure. Anyone else have trouble like this, any solution, i hate it, i just want to train at one place (school) rather than school and bench at home.
