Ben Johnson!!

comes to think of it, he was not the most biggest guy in the world and his body is probally achievable naturally. However Johnson did not have time to wait years to build that sort of physique as he needed to be in his best shape at his peak.
 
I would be curious to know what sauce Carl Lewis was on ............

You're damn right. My best friend is still natural...he's 27 years old and still waiting until he quits gaining to use gear. That SOB is 5'4" tall and gained a solid 20 lbs this past year by eating a lot and taking creatine....and still has his abs.
 
I wouldn't put to much stock into that BBC documentary. You want to find out the Ben Johnson story read the book "Speed Trap" by his Coach Charlie Francis, its a great read. Here is an interview with him from last year

lots of bullshit behind the scenes. The Dubin inquiry on drugs in sport was great TV up here in Canada.

I am surprised most of you aren't aware of the fact that he was screwed and that plenty of others got away with postive tests in 88, most of them in track and field.

EPO is a big favorite for Olympic athletes now days. As far as I know, none of the above (HGH, IGF-1, EPO) can be detected.

Here in Ita,many soccerer arre found positive to nandrolone.Well all of they say that it's cause they use US supply w/prohormones.In this way they avoid the big fine that laws wants(from 1500 to 150000$),cause we haven't any regulation w US suplyes since they aren't tested here!!!

You're way off there brother! We can only pray that gear becomes as plentiful and cheap as it was in 1988! I just dabbled in it back then, but when I think of all the shit that was floating around it makes me wish I would have stocked up for the future!

Also, Johnson was/is a sprinter. Sprint training has been reported to increase your bodies own production of HGH. I don't have scientific reports to back this up, but I know when I use sprint training I get very hard, vascular, and much stronger. Shit, look at most of the sprinters at the Olympics. Not one of them is skinny.....all ripped and fairly well muscled at the least. Take a guy with good genetics to begin with, put him through sprint training and weight training, give him a little winny, and you've got Ben Johnson. I'm not saying that none of the world's top sprinter's juice, but most of them have good genetics, eat and train 24/7, and have some of the worlds top trainers at their disposal. Just think about how much better you would look, or how much better of an athelete you'd be if all you did was train and eat!
