Ugh, I think I have a cold or something. Right now I'm cutting and I've made some good progress in the last 4 weeks. I'll probably go another 4 or 8 weeks. Anyway, this morning I woke up with a sore throat, and now I've got a headache. I decided not to take my usual ECA stack, and I'll probably forgo my workout later today.
How should my diet be? Should I eat to maintenance? Right now I'm doing 50/30/20 p/c/f ratios. Should I maybe get more carbs or fats in? I'm really not sure what roles the macronutrients play when fighting a cold.
