This journey began several weeks ago at 302 lbs and roughly 25% BF.

Yes, I know...I was one Fatt Fugger...

I am now down to 268 lbs.

The Diet is as follows:

Meal 1- 50 grams whey, 1 cup oats, multivitamin
Meal 2- 1 small chicken breast, 1/2 cup cooked brwn rice
Meal 3- 2 small chicken breast, 5 small red potatoes
Meal 4- 50 grams whey
Meal 5- Post workout shake
Meal 6- chicken breast, green beans

I am cycling clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Tapering.

I have T3 and Var on hand but am waiting until the BF declines more.

Currently hitting about 45 minutes of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.

Lean Mass seems to have stayed pretty constant so far. As a yard stick, I was benching 315 around 8 times when I started this program.

Now I am getting it 12 to 13 times.

I weighed 268 lbs after cardio this morning...not a good sign.

Definitely fell off the wagon yesterday when we had oriental food.
 
3 shakes is alot no? i would change meal 4 to whole foods or maybe meal 1. good luck man...keep us updated
 
One shake is my post workout drink...

The others are necessary because of my job.

Things are going well right now...not going to make any major changes.
 
looks almost exactly like my diet, but I use eggs instead of chicken for some meals. I'm consistently losing 2-3lbs a week.

keep it up bro, nice so far.

I am hoping I just didnt experience a set back...

I was spotting a guy tonight and when I set the wieght off on him...I felt a sharp pain in the tendon below my bicep. I couldnt lift hardly at all after that.

Injuries are so frustrating. Especially stupid ones.

Impressive fat loss, must feel great! Keep killin it...

If you dont mind sharing, what does your total calorie intake look like? Are you keeping cals pretty much even through the week? do you use fitday.com or the like? what do your macros look like?

All info is good info, and cheers to your goals, i am sure you will surpass them.
 
My calories are pretty low from what everyone is telling me.

Calories are little above 2200...

However, with my job...there are times that I cannot get around a business lunch or being on the road at times. So with the lower calories...it gives me a little round to wiggle if I need to.

Ghede any help that you can give me will be much appreciated...

I didnt know I had Macros... :worried:

Have not looked at fitday.com but have used some links that Pintoca sent me.
 
Had a horrible day...

I left the house at 6:00 am with protein bar in hand...

Then after 3 hours of driving and 2 hours of training...on the road again...

Stopped at Colton's Steakhouse for sirlion tips and a sweet potato...

Cardio at 6:00 pm

Protein Shake

Weights at 7:30

I weighed in at 267.5 tonight.
 
Down to 265.5 this morning before cardio...

Things are still moving in the right direction. The elbow is still aching but not enough to impede training.

Been icing the elbow every evening...wishing I had some vioxx samples to get the inflamation out of it...

You know if they combined Vioxx with Viagra...that would truly be a wonder drug.

I have been injury free for so long and now that I am finally trying to lose the fat...it seems I am just plagued with injuries.

Tonight on bench...I pulled my left pec...it wasn't a sharp pain...just a real tightness...it has me worried.

Of course, thats the same side that I hurt my elbow on.

our stats look damn identical man. altho Im just getting my weights up again. did 315lbs on bench 2x with a long negative motion. felt awesome. hasnt been since football since Ive benched that much. cant say I want to do much more yet, considering your accidental injuries you have had.

more weight= more risk.

what is your short and long term goals with regards to weights and health?

I am trying to get to 250 Lbs without comprimising stregth levels. I was at an even 265 this morning.

I pulled the fire out of my pec on flat bench. Its just really tight. I was on my 9th rep of 335.
 
9th rep of 335... nice work! Ill stick to my 5x5's for now. I still need an assist with my 3-5th rep at 315. :P

Im looking to get down to 250lbs as well. sub 15%bf and bettering my cholesterol profile is my first goal as far as health.

hows your cholesterol? have u had any blood work down lately?
 
I had a full physical done recently and although I cant recall the numbers...the doc said that everything looked great.
 
25% bf and your levels were fine? hmm... lucky? my cholesteral is fuct. I still wanna hit some test, but Im waiting.. just got some niacin to help the cause.

I had to have a full physical done when we applied to be an adoptive home. They ran a full range of test. Blood Sugar was fine, cholesteral was fine, BP was fine...etc.

I was shocked myself.

At 25% BF I still was not sedentary. I lifted heavy 5 days a week. Was carrying a good deal of muscle. Just Fat Arse.
 
i wish I had your genetics bud. I too have always been working out and doing cardio, but my diet has always been to eat anything and everything. now I eat only whole foods with 2 protein shakes through out the day. of course all the supps to go along with the clean diet.

Ill race ya to 250lbs! haha.
