Well I've been a passive reader on this board for some months now. Am 1 month shy of 30 years old, about 5' 8 and 184 lbs. I used to lift back in the day, but now am overweight and overfat. For the past 3 weeks Ive been lifting kinda hard, using bill phillips book and program and his protein shakes, but have hardly seen any results. Also I was taking nor andro but still havent seen shit (as of yet). Yeah I've gotten a little stronger and have more energy but I wanna get huge--or at least shredded and then huge. Diet is good, but i need results. I quit the nor andro about 1 week ago. I was thinking of oxandrolone but am not sure if that bill phillips program will work better instead. Any ideas?

bro, good to see you are dedicated,

gettin shredded is all based upon your diet, not neccessarily what you "take".

what you need to do is work on your diet, I know you are following a regimine, but i suggest the Ketogenic Diet, its located on the DIET section of this board, MR. X has some great ideas, there was a link posted the other day to some websit that was pretty helpful....anyone remember it

it was like CKG-something or something like that

i have it saved on my other PC

the diet helps you to maintain what muscle you have while getting rid of fat, its probably one of the easiest diets to follow, i can see your dedicatioon and want to see results, follow this for 3 weeks and u will see results, also low impact cardio is also a good investment

Johnny Cut gave you sound advice.Work on diet.Get your protein feedings very consistent, and make it the vast majority of your overall intake.Limit carbohydrate/fat intake.Start doing moderate cardio EOD,and try to work up to 45 minutes per session.Weight train on your non-cardio days to avoid overtraining.Give yourself a while before you delve into anabolics, otherwise you will become too dependent on them as your sole crutch for progress.
