Beginner To Steroids

Hi people...need advice....I am skinny person.....23 years of age, 5.8 in height and weigh only 135 pounds....I have been trying really hard over years to gain weight but my body unfortunately is not responding...for the last 4 months I have been weight training....am at a point where I see no more improvement. Basically am really pissed off and really annoyed.

Over the last few weeks I have been thinking of taking steroids...to gain mass and bit of muscle...basically to kick start my self. I've got hold of naposim steroids (dont know if they any good etc)...I was wondering is it worth taking it......the other problem is that I could only get hold of 20 tablets...I dont even know if I can get my hands on any more!!!

With the above situation....do u think i should take them or not...I know its my decision but I could do with some guidence....thanx people.
 
Honestly I would tell you to stay away from roids if your only 135 lbs.

If you aren't growing you need to adjust your diet, and your probably overtraining.

99% of the time when people can't make weight gains they underestimate their calorie consumption and their training intensity/volume/rest.

Don't start thinkin of roids until your body is ready to surpass the natural limit. Well thats my opinion at least.

Train hard bro.

OK, stop right here bro. What you NEED to do is learn how to train and how to eat in such a way that you continue to improve. This takes much effort and study. It also takes time. Brother, 4 months isn't even enough time to assess the value of your training, much less declare that your body won't respond anymore. 4 month's isn't enough time to have tried more than one or two training styles - and their are literaly thousands of styles which you may utilize.

In detail, how do you train and how do you eat?

Bro, regarding steroids, you must be in a position to take advantage of them in order to benifit from them. If you are not making gains now, steroids are not for you.

you're far from using steroids!
learn the sport and all aspects of it including training methods and dietary needs. don't even think about steroids right now.

i think you should hire a personal trainer to show you some basic exercises. but if there's one think i can tell you that every brother on any board will confirm is.......

The problem is that if you do not know how to gain muscle naturally...if you dont know what your body responds to naturally to grow, then when you go off the gear you wont be able to maintain your gains.... it will be a waste.... you just have to try a little harder...I am refraining from flaming you because you seem genuine.... if you can come back to us in 2 months and honestly say that you've eaten 6000 calories a day and trained heavy, such as max-ot style www.ast-ss.com and have not gained a lbs then I'd be willing to listen and help you...

20 napoisms is not going to do alot...dont even rememebr what mg those are...5?... but I guess if you dont feel like listening to anyone you coudl to take 1 a day and maybe gain like 5 lbs lol...then lose 3
 
bro, im 23 too. two years ago i weighed 165lbs and im 6'1". you wanna talk about skinny. and i thought i had hit a plateau back then. im now 220lb. thats 55lbs i gained 'naturally'. if i were you i would read through old posts for a while then post my workout on the training post and my diet on the diet discussion and work from there. good luck.
 
I weighed about 128lbs in high school (5'8") and started lifting when I was 22 and basically, I ate and ate and ate and worked out 1.5-2hrs a day 3on one off and I got up to 145 au naturale. Now I'm at about 159 and I do know what it takes to gain, with or without roids. I'm just not patient enough. Anyway, with that being said, I'm with "silent method". Eat the right food, drink some muscle mass shakes, get on a good routine that your body responds to and I'll bet $100 you gain. When you get to about 150, then look into roids and if you do, come back to this site and spend hours like I did learning. I've got the roids, but still feel I may need another month of information before I make a final decision. good luck
 
take in 300grams of protein and 150g carbs over the next 6 months,
take some of that russian 5000 calorie shit and let me know how u do, if u still dont gain i will designa cycle for u personally
 
Thanx people for the responses.......like many said...my heart also says nooooooooooo to steroids.....I think my eager was getting better of me.......I think I should give it a miss.

Many of u lot said eat rite....exactly which food...how many times...is good??? I dont have a clue how much calories I eat but I know I eat lot of junk...take aways etc.....I would appricate if som1 gave me idea on some sort of eating pattern....so I can maintain it and see if that makes any difference.
