Beginner requires diet help?

Hey bros Im a 20 year old student looking to lose weight.

I have a very hectic schedule therefore, i cannot plan my meals, training as I would like to.
Thereofre, I was wondering can you bros here give me some tips.

Im 11 stones, 5ft 8inches...just want to lose a stone really, ideally in bodyfat.

Wht do you think of this diet:

LA Whey protein shake with pint of milk
1 banana

Tuna sandwich
A snack, such as a crisp

Apple
sandwich
chapati with red meat

LA whey shake with pint of milk


I'm not weight training at the moment due to knee injury.

However, Im going to do Yoga on mondays and break-dancing on wednesdays which is quite demanding.

Please offer criticism
 
Well you're gong to have translate all that into english.

You have to figure out your bmr first of all. After you do that, you will be able to see the calories you need. It's really hard to tell how your diet is, because you don't show the amount.

Give us some more details regarding your stats, and more specifically, what you will be eating.
