I am 27 just started lifting seriously! I weigh 206lbs and have 17.97% bodyfat.
I am a very active individual but i have only been lifting for about 3 months steady, i have a good workout routine and i am already showing strength gains!
My question is What are your opinion on Deca 300 QV? Is it worth taking, i got two bottles. Should i stack or just take it by itself or is it worth even taking!
