beginner - needs some help

Hello friends, I'm new member here and I need some help from
you. I'm 33, beginer. Three months ago i was staying naked in
front of mirror and I was finaly totaly disguisted of what I became.
I was weightning 250, with layers of fat all around. So I decided
to do something about it. I was dieting and doing low volume
routine and today I'm 26 lbs lighter with more muscles then ever.
Ofcourse I still have lots of fat to cut but for last two weeks I was
getting more carbs and proteins and noticed I gained more muscle
mass then before. But my fat loss slowed down ofcourse. So I was wandering:

- Should I do a very strict diet for whatever time it takes until I hit
some reasonable bf percentage, and then start bulking phase?

- Or should I just start eat and gaining muscles and just keeping
care not to put much more fat, and then start cutting? I can
clearly see that I can use the fact of being beginer and make
significant gains, so why don't use that fact?

- Should I continue to do both at the same time? It obviosly works
for me, but it could take very long time - in which I wont put as
much muscles as i would do when doing "classic" bulking..

enlighten me please.. I will listen..

..btw I'm tall guy with wide shoulders so when I'm wearing tshirt
I dont look fat at all... but i am.:)

It is up to you. If it is more important for you to lose the fat, then I would do that first, then bulk. If you do not care about the fat, then eat and lift . I am at around 20% and I do not plan on eating big until I am close to 10%.

lose the fat first. that way you feel great in the gym, and at the beach. remember no one cares how much u lift. its how you look!!!!!!! that gets the chicks wet.
