Beginner needs help???

Hello folks,

I will start with a little background info:

31yrs of age
130 lbs
5'7" height

SKIN AND BONES LOL

I work out regularly and train Brazillian Jiu Jitsu about 4-5 times a week.....:D

I need to gain some muscle on my bones and strength....

I'm not sure what is the best injectable steroid to get let alone where to find it(but I'll figure that out myself)..

The main concern of mine is the natural testosterone production in my body NOT getting stopped or slowed down.... I'm not really worried about it slowing down while my cycle is in effect but after the cycle I hear that especially with "Sustanon 250" there is some sort of a "crash", witch I believe is in strength, Testosterone, and energy????

Maybe someone could be helpful for me and send me in the right direction....:confused::confused:

Not big enough yet. You need to get your diet and training in check because you should be able to put 20-25lbs on natty. Gotta create a better foundation to build on.
 
before you do steroids you need to learn how to eat and how to train to build muscle. this is very crucial or else you will be posting on here saying "i only gained 1 pound on cycle why?" or "not seeing any gains, is this normal?"

and you would of blown big bucks on a cycle + PCT cost.
 
So you're saying I should be eating more per day than I already do...?

I'm not totally understanding your advise..

I eat quite a bit and never gain any weight, maybe 5lbs and then a few weeks later I drop back to 130... I am known to eat more than some of my buddies that are in the 170lb range...

My work outs are more cardio than weight lifting, but I do lift weight on a basic level... I am going to go to the local gym and sign up and get some weight training with a professional trainer in that case, Whitch I was going to do anyways especially if I was gonna use steroids.....

Am I following you guy's??

You are what you eat. Your not gonna carry a lot of extra muscle eating twinkies. To support extra muscle on your frame, especially if you have a small frame and are a hard gainer you not only need to consume cals to support your current weight and activity level but extra cals that your body can use to build and then after that support the muscle you added.

You cant compare yourself to your friends, your unique. Monitor what you eat (carbs, fats, proteins) and keep a log. Find out what you maintain weight at. If you add extra work in the form of extra weight lifting expect to need more food to power the workouts but you really should have some kind of baseline and know where you are at if your gonna get serious.

Once you have a baseline you can do some simple math. If a pound of body weight is approx 3500 cals, you are going to have to consume a good clean extra 3500 cals a week to provide the fuel to add the muscle plus a little more once added to fuel it on a daily basis.

If you arent eating to support some extra mass and you run a cycle, you may add some mass but likely wont keep it.
 
there is a good diet forum on here and weightlifting forum as well. you should check those out.

all that cardio you are doing is causing you to not gain weight. I was down to 133 pounds while i was running 45 miles/week and doing just a few sets of weights.

if you want to BUILD, which is what it seems like you want to do.. you need to reduce the cardio and start lifting. heavy weight with heavy sets and increase as you go.

that is what i did.. put on like 25 pounds that way working my ass off in the gym, eating like a horse. keep in consideration i am only 5 6. then i decided to go on a cycle only when my body was conditioned and i was going to commit to lifting and give up the cardio (i still walk/run maybe a few miles a week only)

now I'm up to 191 and benching 315.

for your height I would like to see you get up to 165-170 atleast (of course this is variable as everyones body structure is different), condition your muscles for lifting. and then come back on the AAS forum and ask the same question.

only then will you have a successful cycle. sounds like you are commited to your training now, so i dont see you not accomplishing that.

and YES, any steroid is gonna suppress your body. so lets not get involved quite yet. lets stick to non-suppressive supplements. stuff like gear, unleashed, protein, FOOD, FOOD, FOOD, and FOOD. to be quite honest with you, i am off cycle now and stronger then ever thanks to those supps, i honestly think they work almost as good as steroids if used properly and if you work hard in the gym.

PS. when you lift DO NOT ignore your legs. clean and jerk, squats, deadlifts. very important. a lot of weight gain can come from just working out those legs. i know for some its boring to work legs, but you can put on weight quick just in your upper legs.
 
not being an idiot but just a thought.. take some anti-parasite meds or get tested for them at least. i have lived in Mexico for a few years and if I dont nuke the bastards every 6 months I notice the effects

Drop the cardio,and start lifting 4-5 days a week and do dead lifts & squats along with your basic exercises ,all the big boys do Squats & deads. Also look for RADAR's post titled ,"so you want to build muscle & burn fat" Follow that and i garuantee you will gain weight.
