Beginner Looking for Advice

Hey all,

I'm just looking for advice as I'm considering starting to increase my training with the hopes of dropping about 25lbs of fat. Currently I am:

Age:23
Lifting History: Have been lifting regularly for 3 years but intensely for the past year. Cardio 3-5 times per week.
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 230
Estimated BF%: 20
Diet: High Protein, low fat (high omegas), low carbs (all whole wheats)
Goals: Drop 25 lbs of fat (205) and drop my bf% to 12-14%
Proposed cycle: Winny (only as it's my first time) but I'm unsure of how I should do this. Have been told to do 250mg, 250mg, 375mg, 500mg, 500mg, 375mg, 375mg, 250mg a week through 8 weeks or to frontload my cycle.

Not sure which would be most beneficial to my goals? Also wondering what kind of a workout plan I should follow to develop a greater lean muscle mass. Any suggestions from diet to cycle would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
a good Diet and extra carido will sort you out
primo works well an low cal diet
if you do want to use winny I start of at 30mg ed for the first week to see how you react the go up to 50 mg ed for another 5 weeks ...6 weeks total
have you got pct planned
 
I always advise people to not start a cycle at a high bf % since you probably will not see your gains and you probably don't have a proper diet & training programs.

Focus on Cardio; especially in the morning on an empty stomach.

A stack like ECA might also help you.

Once u reach 12-14 % bf then consider to start a cycle.

ps: A winstrol only cycle will shutdown your libido

Got my Clen in yesturday... was wondering if I am measuring correctly... havent used it yet... Okay so i have a syringe that measures up to 1/2 a cc... so for the first day, dosage will be 1/5th? of that...
cycle will look like this for 18 days...
20 mcgs 2 days-- 1/5th
40 mcgs 2 days-- 2/5th
60--3/5th
80--4/5th
100--syringe full
80--4/5th
60--3/5th
40--2/5th
20--1/5th
How does that look??? Is it right... Mr X???

Which test would you suggest? I'm a little hesitant that it will just make me look bigger but not in the best way. Also I'm not as familiar with the product and possible side effects.

As for pct I forgot to mention that in my original post but I don't have enough info to make a good decision. Any recommendations? I still have a bit of research to do with it.

Sounds like you are pretty dialed in with what you are saying you should be dropping body fat with that type of diet and cardio. I am guessing you might be cheating a little more on your diet than you think. Keep an eye on when you nibble on stuff that adds up.

Also you might want to look into Thermorexin, cardio breeze, gluceroll, sesapure, Yohimburn ES

I just started my cutting a week ago myself. Diet is most of it. My avatar shows me at the end of my dbol gaining cycle and probably at the highest bf I have been. Cardio, T3, Clen. Thermorexin, gluceroll and sesapure are cutting it fast in the past week I am already down 4 lbs. I owe most to the T3 and Clen makes you sweat like crazy though

Test enthenate at 250mgs a week for 10 to 12 weeks.How much weight you lose or gain has more to do with diet and training than gear. Train hard eat right you will see results!!! lots of luck!!
